Wahoo-50
Compact seabed CPT system
The Wahoo-50 is Geomil’s latest and most compact seabed Cone Penetration Testing (CPT) system. It is purpose-built for applications such as cable routing, pipelines, trenching and mooring installations. Wth its renowned Continuous Drive System, it delivers a net thrust capacity of 50 kN achieving penetration depths of up to 8 m below the seabed at water depths up to 100 m.
The system has a base mass of 1900 kg, with the option to add three additional ballast plates of 1400 kg each. With a maximum height of 1.77 m and a footprint of just 1.5 x 1.5 m footprint, the Wahoo-50 is compatible with nearly any vessel and hoisting facility.
